2. Hosting and technical access data
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed, including your IP address, the time of access, the requested resource, browser and operating-system information, and referrer information.
This processing is necessary to provide the website securely, reliably, and efficiently and is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing in the United States cannot be ruled out. Netlify identifies the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses, among other mechanisms, as safeguards for data transfers.
3. Contact and contact forms
If you contact me by email, phone, WhatsApp, or through the contact form, the information you provide is processed to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for general inquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact-form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and stored in the associated Netlify account. If form notifications are enabled, the information may also be forwarded to the business email account used for communication.
Non-binding inquiries are generally deleted no later than twelve months after the communication has ended, unless a contractual relationship begins or statutory retention requirements apply. Contractual and accounting-related data is retained for the periods required by law.
4. Feedback forms and testimonials
Information submitted through the feedback form is processed to evaluate and develop trainings, workshops, and professional support. Participation is voluntary; name, organization, and email address may be omitted.
Feedback data is generally stored for up to 24 months. If you consent to anonymous or named use as a testimonial, that use is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect by email. A named publication will occur only after separate consultation.
5. External links and communication services
This website links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and BLACKSHEEP Coaching. A connection to the respective provider is established only when you click one of those links. If you contact me through WhatsApp or LinkedIn, the privacy terms of those services also apply.
6. Cookies, analytics, and embedded content
This website currently does not use analytics or marketing services, embedded maps or videos, or social-media plugins. The site itself does not set non-essential cookies. For this reason, no consent banner is currently used.
7. Data security
The website is transmitted over HTTPS. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Any consent you have given may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
If you believe your information is being processed in violation of data-protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
