01

Starting point

Two development options for leaders, HR professionals, trainers, learning professionals, and internal consultants—from using individual coaching techniques professionally to building a reflective coaching practice.

02

Who it is for

Leaders, HR professionals, trainers, learning professionals, internal consultants and project leads.

03

Development focus

Use coaching techniques professionally within an existing role—or increasingly design and guide coaching processes independently, reflectively, and responsibly.

Two routes

Start with an intensive or choose a deeper development path.

Both are complete professional options. They differ in purpose, duration, and depth—not in quality.

Compact

Coaching Skills Intensive

Five days over approximately two to four weeks, covering coaching mindset, conversation structure, questions, resource-focused work, and practice sessions.

What the work producesParticipants test coaching techniques and develop a sound framework for using them professionally and responsibly in their existing role.
In-depth

Coaching Practitioner Path

An in-depth program over approximately six months with participants’ own cases, peer coaching, case supervision, and a final case.

Development aimBuild reflective coaching practice that goes beyond isolated conversation techniques and is tested through documented application, peer work and case supervision.
The seminar provides the impulse. Real development happens in application between modules.
A process architecture for transitions

From the pressure point to greater freedom of action.

The OMEGA Transition Process, which is still in development, is introduced within the in-depth program as a working framework and examined critically through real cases.

  • Pressure point and previous attempts at a solution
  • Recurring patterns and initial case hypotheses
  • Possible options, decisions, and experiments
  • Examine its usefulness and limits through real cases
How it works

Coaching skills grow through real conversations.

Participants clarify their role, work on real conversations, and build a foundation for sound professional practice through experience, reflection, and feedback.

01

Clarify role, contract and application context

02

Structure conversations and test interventions

03

Work with participants’ own cases, peer practice, and feedback

04

Reflect boundaries and embed practice
